Position Title: Station Manager/Sales Manager
Reports to: The Board of Directors of On This Rock Communications, Inc.
Salary range: $65,000 – $70,000

We are a new broadcast company with a goal of bringing Catholic radio programming to Central Florida. We are beginning our search for a Station Manager/Sales Manager, the individual who will lead our group and be a part of the vision to grow throughout Florida. This individual must have at least 5 years of radio experience with at least 3 of those years spent as either a sales manager or station manager. Also: internet optimization and social media/internet marketing skills, Associates Degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent training and experience, active faith life in accord with teachings of the Catholic Church. The combined Station Manager/Sales Manager will function as the primary radio and technical associate at the local station and ensure operating integrity of the station from all perspectives to accomplish the Catholic mission of This Rock Radio in the local station market. Relevant Radio

Position: Field Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL
Responsibilities: The Field Engineer ensures the technical integrity of the local radios stations for the Relevant Radio network. Responsible for build-outs, maintenance, upgrades, and studio revamps. Coordinate maintenance schedule and visits to service station equipment and broadcast facilities. 5 years of technical radio experience. Must be able to work flexible hours; including some weekends and evenings. 30% of overnight travel required.ravel to our remote markets.
