Most Rev.
José H. Gomez, S.T.D., was installed Archbishop of San Antonio
on February 15, 2005, at San Fernando Cathedral. Pope Benedict
XVI conferred the Pallium on Archbishop Gomez in Rome, on June
29, 2005. Archbishop Gomez had served as Auxiliary Bishop of
Denver, Moderator of the Curia, Vicar General and Pastor of
Mother of God Church since 2001.
Archbishop
Gomez was ordained a priest of the Opus Dei Prelature on August
15, 1978, by late Cardinal Franz Konig, Archbishop Emeritus of
Vienna, at the Shrine of Torrecuidad, Spain.

Michael Wagner

Wagner was born in Pittsburgh, PA. He graduated with a BA
in English from La Salle College in Philadelphia in 1979 and
obtained a law degree and an MA in Mass Communication
Studies from The Ohio State University in 1983.

Keith Meehan
Executive Director
Radio Music License Committee
Keith Meehan is the Executive Director of the Radio
Music License Committee. A position he has held since
March of 1999. In this capacity Keith represents the
majority of radio stations in this country in their
negotiations with the performing rights societies (ASCAP
& BMI)
Prior to joining the RMLC he was Controller of COURT TV.
He spent a major portion of his career at CBS in various
positions in the television network and the CBS owned
and operated television station division where he served
as the CBS representative to the Television Music
License Committee.
He also served as Co-Chairman of the allocation
Committee, sub- committee of the Television Music
License Committee. |

Archbishop Gomez originally
formed in a business background holds a doctorate in Sacred
Theology. He earned his accounting degree in 1975 as well as a
B.A. in Philosophy.
In
1978, the year he was ordained a priest, Archbishop Gomez
completed a B.A. in Theology at the University of Navarre, Rome
Campus, and began working on a doctorate in theology at its Main
Campus in Pamplona, Spain. He received his doctorate in 1980.

Arroyo
has worked for the Associated Press, the political columnist
team of Evans and Novak, and as Capital Hill Correspondent.
He studied under theatre luminaries Stella Adler, Uta Hagen, and
Beatrice Straight, before acting and directing in New York
and London. As host and creator of EWTN’s international
news magazine, "The World Over Live", Arroyo has interrogated
the leading figures of the day. Highlights include: The first,
exclusive, sit down interview with Mel Gibson on the set of his
film, “The Passion of the Christ” and a landmark interview with
Pope Benedict XVI: the only English language conversation ever
recorded with the pontiff.
Arroyo and his work have been featured on "The Today Show",
"Good Morning America", "Hannity and Colmes", "Access
Hollywood", “CNN Headline News” and other programs. His
writings have been published by The Wall Street Journal,

He is a lawyer and
co-founder of the law firm of Bopp, Coleson and Bostrom in Terre
Haute, Indiana. His practice includes non-profit organizations,
state and federal tax and election law compliance, federal and
state compliance audits and investigations, litigation and
appeals. He is general counsel for Indiana Right to Life, Inc.,
and associate counsel for Catholic Answers, Focus on the Family,
the National Right to Life Committee, Inc., Priests for Life, and
Susan B. Anthony List.
He
resides in Terre Haute, Indiana, with his wife, Carole, and three
children, Miriam, Nathan and Andrew. They have two married
children Elizabeth and Martin.
BOPP, COLESON & BOSTROM
The law
firm of Bopp, Coleson & Bostrom in Terre Haute, Indiana, was
founded in 1992. James Bopp, Jr., limits his practice to
constitutional law, election law, not-for-profit corporate and tax
law, and health care law including right to life litigation and
appeals. He is general counsel for the National Right to Life
Committee, Inc., and the James Madison Center for Free Speech, and
special counsel to Focus on the Family, Catholic Answers, Priests
for Life, and Susan B. Anthony List.
Richard Coleson and
Barry Bostrom are co-founders and senior associates in the firm.
Mr. Coleson limits his practice to constitutional law, election
law, and health care law including right to life litigation and
appeals. The firm employs up to seven other associate attorneys
to assist Mr. Bopp with his election law and free speech practice
As a broadcast engineer Reeder built two radio stations from the
ground up. He also served as VP/GM of USA Radio Network and
worked with the Radio Advertising Bureau as Director of
Advertising both of these in Dallas, TX.
Reeder is a graduate of Radio Engineering Institute and
attended Missouri Southern College. He has an extensive
background in sales and management. He holds an Extra Class
Amateur Radio license, is a private pilot, and is involved
in many civic organizations in Texas.

Michael began working at the
FCC in the Audio Services Division of the Mass Media Bureau
in September of 1983. After two years there, he moved
to the Bureau’s Enforcement Division in the Fairness and
Political Programming Branch under Milt Gross. After
the frenzied Congressional election of 1986 and the
Commission’s abolition of the Fairness Doctrine, Michael
felt compelled to leave the Fairness/Political Branch and
chose to return home to the Audio Services Division.
He became a Supervisory Attorney there in 1987, and was
appointed to Assistant Division Chief of the reorganized
Audio Division in 2002. In these capacities, he has authored
or reviewed innumerable staff- and Commission-level
decisions concerning the entire spectrum of issues involving
the Division, from alien ownership to the effects of zoning
determinations. Michael lives in Takoma Park, Maryland, with his wife
Jennifer, a retired broadcast law attorney, and his children
Alex (now a Junior college studying “Computer and
Telecommunications Engineering” at the University of
Pennsylvania), 4-year-old Ceilidh, and 1-year-old Jack.
